The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce. This is a publication by class II legal advertisement.
To the Above-Named Respondent: It appearing in this action that Jose Samual Ipina is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address. It is hereby ordered that Jose Samual Ipina serve upon Jefferson County Clerk’s office, 119 North George Street, Charles Town, WV 25414 an answer including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action, on or before December 10, 2025. If you fail to do so, a judgment, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
A hearing is scheduled for the 20th day of January, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. before the Honorable Christine Glover of the Jefferson County Family Court.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk’s office.
