PUBLIC NOTICE
Please take notice that on the 5th day of November 2015, at 3:30 p.m. in City Council Chambers, City- County Building, Wheeling, West Virginia, the Historic Landmarks Commission will meet to conduct a public hearing and consider the designation of the East Wheeling Historic District and a Certificate of Appropriateness Review Procedure.
