The object of this suit is to obtain partition of the following described real estate, to-wit:
Lot Numbers 38, 39, 52 and 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61 and 62 of the Short Mountain Heights Subdivision, located in Sherman District of Hampshire County, West Virginia.
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Patrick L. Poteete and Brian Poteete and Scott Green are non-residents of the State of West Virginia, and Scott Green, a resident of West Virginia it is hereby ordered that the said, Patrick L. Poteete, Brian Poteete and Scott Green serve upon Plaintiff’s attorney, Nelson M. Michael, whose address is P.O. Box 59, Keyser, West Virginia 26726, an Answer, including any related Counterclaim or Defense you may have to the Complaint filed in this action on or before December 29th, 2025. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
A copy of the Complaint may be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
