ORDER OF PUBLICATION
IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE #25-JA-111/112/113 REBECCA SOLTYSIAK, biological mother of infants C.S., whose date of birth is August 8, 2012, J.S. ,whose date of birth is May 6, 2015, and R.B., whose date of birth is July 5, 2017, and JAMES BRIGGS, biological father of infant R.B., whose date of birth is July 5, 2017, natural children of Rebecca Soltysiak.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Human Services, has filed a petition alleging that JAMES BRIGGS has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant R.B., whose date of birth is July 5, 2017. JAMES BRIGGS is ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 19th day of December, 2025 at 11:30 a.m. for a Disposition Hearing if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights of JAMES BRIGGS, biological father of infant R.B., whose date of birth is July 5, 2017 may be terminated.
