The permit is located in Paw Paw District of Marion County, 1.7 miles northwest of Rivesville (Nearest Post Office) on Paw Paw Creek of Monongahela River.
LP Mineral, LLC completed backfilling and regrading on 10/01/2025 and is requesting release of 60 percent of the reclamation performance bond currently in the amount of $73,920.00.
Written comments will be received at the DEP address above until January 19th, 2026 or thirty (30) days from date of final publication.
