FOR THE ADOPTION OF MAKENZIE RAYNE BOOTH,
a minor child under the age
of eighteen (18) years.

ORDER OF PUBLICATION

Pursuant to Rule 4(E) of the West Virginia Rules of Civil Procedure, the Circuit Court of Monongalia County, West Virginia, upon review of the record, hereby enters an Order of Publication for service of the Petition against Respondent, Kelly Booth. An advertisement shall be published in a qualified newspapers, the Times West Virginian, by running a legal advertisement once a week for two consecutive weeks.

The Order of Publication shall give the style of the suite as follows: In the Circuit Court of Monongalia County, West Virginia, THE PETITION OF KAYLA ANDERSON, FOR THE ADOPTION OF MAKENZIE RAYNE BOOTH Civil Action No.: 25-A-41, before the Honorable Judge Michael D. Simms.

The Order of Publication shall state the object of the above civil action is as follows:

This action is to petition for the adoption of Mackenzie Rayne Booth by Kayla Anderson.

Further, the Order of Publication shall state that it is ordered that the Respondent, Kelly Booth is to serve upon the Circuit Clerk of Monongalia County, West Virginia located at the Monongalia County Courthouse 75 High Street, #12, Morgantown, WV 26505, an Answer or other defense to the Petition within 30 days of this publication; otherwise, that judgment by default will be rendered against the Respondent, Kelly Booth.

Finally, the Order of Publication shall state that the Respondent, Kelly Booth, can obtain a copy of the Petition for Adoption from the Monongalia County Circuit Clerk located at the aforementioned address.
