Notice is hereby given that on the 8th day of January, 2026 at 1:30 o'clock P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Layla Maxine Martin III Mascorro will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner's child or ward's name from Layla Maxine Martin III Mascorro to Layla Maxine Martin, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
You are hereby notified that this matter may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
