REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL – Information Technology Service & Support
The Braxton County Commission seeks bids from qualified vendors to provide technical, engineering and consulting services which shall consist of General Technical Support, Network Electronics and Cabling, Computers, Servicers and Printers, Work Station and Server Software Support, Network Planning and Upgrades, Antivirus Protection, Cyber Vulnerability Scanning and Remote Administration. Proposal to include multiple locations within the Braxton County Commission’s window of operation to include: The Braxton County Courthouse, Annex, Braxton County Deputies Office, and the Braxton County Commission’s firewall protection. Sealed bids are due by 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 2, 2026, marked “Information Technology Service & Support” and delivered to Braxton County Commission, 300 Main Street, Sutton, WV 26601. The bid will be opened during a Special Commission meeting on Friday, January 2, 2026 beginning at 11:00 a.m. The Commission reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
