Per WV State Code §15-5A-7b and §15-5A-7d5:
Notice is hereby provided that on December 18, 2025, The Greenbrier County LEPC will have the County Emergency Response Plan, material safety data sheets, emergency, first aid and medical treatment procedures, inventory forms and follow up emergency notices which have been submitted to the committee, available for the public to review at 295 Industrial Park Road, Maxwelton, WV, from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
