Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of S. M. to S. H. A hearing shall be on the 8th of January 2025 at 1 o’clock PM before the Honorable Judge Michael J. Olejasz at the Ohio County Courthouse.
Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
