PUBLICATION
Notice (W.Va. Code Section 44-9-3) is hereby given that a hearing will be held before the Probate Judge Ex-Officio of Ohio County, West Virginia, Room 205, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, WV 26003, on January 29, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., at which time Leslie Lea will testify and move that the County Court, Order that Richard Lea be declared dead (W.Va. Code 44-9-1) in that he has not been seen or heard from for over seven (7) years, and that his Last Will and Testament be admitted to Probate and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, and that his Estate be probated (W.Va. Code 41-5-10). Anyone may appear at the hearing to contest and/or object to the requested relief.
