NOTIFICATION OF INTENT TO PURSUE AN INCREASE IN WATER RATES AND CHARGES In accordance with the requirements of W. Va. Code 16-13A-9, Greater Harrison County Public Service District (the “District”) provides notice of its intent to pursue an increase in its current rates and charges for water service. The District will conduct a public hearing regarding the proposed water rate increase January 8, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., at the West Milford Community Center, Town of West Milford Council Chambers, 925 Liberty Street, West Milford, West Virginia. The public hearing is open to the public and all interested parties may appear at the public hearing and present comment or protest with respect to the proposed water rate increase. Details regarding the proposed increased water rates are on file with and available for public inspection during normal business hours at District’s office, 151 Peninsula Park Avenue, West Milford, West Virginia.
