TRUSTEE’S SALE OF VALUABLE REAL ESTATE The undersigned Substitute Trustee, by virtue of the authority vested in him by that certain Deed of Trust, dated July 20, 2023, and duly recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Taylor County, West Virginia, in Document No. 202300007706, in Book No. 411, at Page 443, Dalton Lee and Aubree Lee did convey unto Douglas McElwee, Trustee(s), certain real property described in said Deed of Trust; and the beneficiary has elected to appoint Seneca Trustees, Inc., as Substitute Trustee; and default having been made under the aforementioned Deed of Trust, and the undersigned Substitute Trustee having been instructed by Rocket Mortgage, LLC, FKA Quicken Loans, LLC to foreclose thereunder, will offer for sale at public auction at the front door of the Taylor County Courthouse Annex in Grafton, West Virginia, on January 21, 2026 at 11:30 AM the following described real estate, together with its improvements, easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in 01 – Grafton Corp District, Taylor County, West Virginia, and more particularly described as follows: All those certain lots or parcels of real estate, together with the buildings and improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in the City of Grafton, Grafton Corporation District, Taylor County, West Virginia, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Lot Number 285 on the Fetterman Plat of said City of Grafton, which is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Taylor County in Deed Book 17, at Pages 148 and 149. Lot Number 286 on the Fetterman Plat of said City of Grafton, which is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Taylor County in Deed Book 17, at Pages 148 and 149. One-half (1/2) of Lot Number 287 on the Fetterman Plat of said City of Grafton, which is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Taylor County in Deed Book 17, at Pages 148 and 149. And being the same real estate conveyed to Grantors by Deed to be recorded contemporaneously herewith. Grantors further Grant and Convey to Grantee any and all right, title and interest they may have to any rights of ways or easements incident to their ownership of the above described real estate.
