It is hereby ORDERED that Taylor Gue and the Unknown Defendants 1-5, serve upon Wendle Cook, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 190, Madison, West Virginia 25130, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense they may have to the Complaint filed in this action on or before February 27, 2026. In the event they fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against them for the relief demanded in the Complaint. The object of this suit is to obtain a money judgment in an amount which exceeds the jurisdictional maximum, prejudgment interest, post judgment interest, costs, and other relief which the court may deem proper.
