NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing has been scheduled for Tuesday January 27, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Charles Town City Hall, 101 E. Washington Street, Charles Town, WV by the City of Charles Town Planning Commission on the following matter:
SLD2025-06: A request by DR Acquisitions LLC to amend the Master Plan for the Huntfield neighborhood. The request is to replace proposed single family homes with townhomes in Phases 2D, 3, 3C, 3F, and portions of 4; replace proposed townhomes with single family home in portions of Phase 4 and amend the road design of Phases 1 and 5B to match approved plan sets.
The neighborhood is located off of Augustine Avenue via Prospect Hill Boulevard, and is zoned Neighborhood Residential.
