REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

Sound and Lighting Services

 

The Jefferson County Parks & Recreation Commission (JCPRC) is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced sound and lighting companies to provide services for the 2026–2028 Shenandoah Junction Levitt AMP Music Series and additional ticketed concert events at the AMP at Sam Michaels Park in Jefferson County, West Virginia.

 The contract will cover a three-year period (2026–2028) and includes providing sound, lighting, stage setup, and technical support for outdoor concerts.

 The RFP was issued on December 8, 2025.

Proposals are due no later than 12:00 p.m. on February 15, 2026.

 Proposals must be submitted electronically. Late submissions or proposals delivered by other methods will not be accepted.
