NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE Under authority of that certain Deed of Trust dated March 14, 2011, from Geraldine I. Keene and James L. Keene to George A. Metz, Jr., Trustee, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia in Trust Deed Book No. 3786, at page 387, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $61,097.16, payable to Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., and default having been made under the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Kanawha County Courthouse in Charleston, West Virginia on February 11, 2026 at 9:15 a.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record, and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, all that certain lot or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto appertaining, situate in Union District, Kanawha County, West Virginia, and being known, numbered and designated as Lot No. 6 of West Dunbar Extension, also known as Lot No. 5, Block 15, as shown and laid down on that certain Plat entitled, "Map of West Dunbar Extension, Composed of Lots A, B & C of Lot 9 Couch Farm, Union District, Kanawha County, West Virginia, Scale: 1" = 50'," prepared by Joseph Webb, C.
