Public Notice is hereby given that the Greenbrier County Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at 7:00 pm in the Main Floor Courtroom of the Greenbrier County Courthouse.
PUBLIC HEARING 1:  The Board will consider the request and application of Rhema Christian Center for a Special Exception from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance.  The appellant request permission to install a temporary veteran’s clinic at 3584 Davis Stuart Rd., Lewisburg.  The subject property is zoned Residential, located in the Fort Spring district, described in Deed Book 362, on Page 656, Deed Book 434 on Page 871, and Deed Book 485 on Page 524 and shown on Tax Map 14 as Parcels 113, 8.32 and 8.7.
