TO: Siblings or next of kin of R. S., a protected person
YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a final hearing was held on September 29, 2015 before Jefferson County Mental Hygiene Commissioner Kirk Bottner, resulting in a recommendation that a guardian and conservator be appointed on behalf of R. S. The Circuit Court of Jefferson County, West Virginia, to-wit, the Honorable David H. Sanders, adopted the Mental Hygiene Commissioner’s recommendation by Order entered on September 30, 2015.
Any objection or exception to the aforesaid Order of Appointment of Guardian and Conservator must be received in the Office of the Circuit Clerk of Jefferson County, West Virginia on or before the expiration of thirty (30) days from the latest publication of this Notice.
