LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING The City of Point Pleasant will hold a public hearing and entertain written comments at the City Building, 400 Viand Street, Point Pleasant, WV, on Monday, February 9, 2026, at 6:20 p.m. Copies of this ordinance can be obtained at the Municipal Building during business hours. The purpose of this hearing is to offer the citizens of Point Pleasant an opportunity to express their views on “AN ORDINANCE REPEALING PART THREE, CHAPTER ONE, ARTICLE 303 (ENFORCEMENT, IMPOUNDING AND PENALTY) SECTION 303.08 (ADOPTION OF STATE TRAFFIC CODE) OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF POINT PLEASANT, WEST VIRGINIA.
