Bids must be received by 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 26, 2026 in the office of the Jefferson County Emergency Services office. Any proposal received after the due date and time will remain unopened. The Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities, and to take any action deemed to be in the best interest of the County. Only written responses to this IFB will be considered. All materials submitted shall become part of the official bid record.
