Yesenia Ortega, Petitioner vs. Johnny Saravia, Respondent; Case No. 15-D-307
The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bonds of matrimony. It appearing by the affidavit filed in this action that the whereabouts of Johnny Saravia are unknown, it is hereby ordered that Johnny Saravia serve upon Yesenia Ortega, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before December 10, 2015. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
A hearing is scheduled for January 11, 2016 at 9:30 a.m.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
