NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Town of Hundred will
hold a public hearing on
March 2, 2026, at
6:50P.M. at Hundred’s
Town Hall , located at 58
Four Season Drive,
Hundred, WV 26575. The
purpose of this hearing will
be to obtain input from
citizens in regard to
community development
and housing needs of low
and moderate-income
persons. The State of
West Virginia expects
to receive $13.3 million
from HUD for the FY’2025
CDBG Program; $4.8
million in HOME
Investment Partnership
Program; $3.1 million in
Housing Trust Fund; $1.8
million in Emergency
Solutions Grant; and
$850,000 in Housing
Opportunities for
Persons with AIDS. These
funds will be distributed to
communities throughout
the State for eligible
community development projects which meet the
national objective of 51%
benefit to low and
moderate-income persons
or elimination of slum and
blight. This hearing will be an opportunity for
interested citizens to
express their views on a
potential application to be
submitted by the Town of
Hundred for CDBG funds .
Written comments will be
received by the Mayor Goff,
Town of Hundred
58 Four Season Drive,
Hundred, WV 26575 until
February 25, 2026 for
those unable to attend.
