NOTICE OF TAX SALE PEPPERONI GRILL, LLC This LEGAL NOTICE is placed in accordance with W.Va. Code 11-10-13c(b) and pursuant to a distress warrant issued by authority of W.Va. Code 11-10-13c. The West Virginia Tax Division (the "State") has seized assets for non-payment of taxes and will offer all rights, title, and interest in the property of Pepperoni Grill, LLC and its member/organizer Lisa Wells, d/b/a Pepperoni Grill for sale at public auction to the highest bidder. This includes all personal property, tangible property, items and inventory owned by the above-mentioned business. The property was seized from the business in Kanawha County at 4002 MacCorkle Ave., SE., Charleston, WV 25304. Auction Format: In-Person will be held on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at 2:00pm at 4002 MacCorkle Ave., SE., Charleston, WV 25304 (Kanawha County).
