LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT REQUEST FOR LAWN MOWING SERVICES The Upshur County Board of Education (UCBOE) is requesting, through bids, pricing for seasonal lawn mowing services at ten (10) school facilities in Upshur County. The length of the service contract begins on the week of April 6, 2026, and will continue through approximately October 30, 2026. The UCBOE reserves the right to select any bid that, in the opinion of the UCBOE, best meets the needs of UCBOE, regardless of whether the selected bid selected is the lowest bid. The UCBOE also reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time due to noncompliance with the Scope of Services contained in the bid package.
