PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
CITY OF RANSON
Ranson City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 7 pm at Ranson City Hall, 312 S. Mildred Street, Ranson, WV. The purpose of the public hearing is to accept public comments on a Petition to rezone parcel located in District 08, Map 9, Parcel 2, Parcel: 089000200000000 located off Cranes Lane, Ranson, WV 25438, Consisting of 125.0 acres of the entire 160.65 acres, from Rural Reserve to R-6. Copies of the proposed zoning amendment are available upon request from the Community Development Department. All persons are invited to attend and make comments about the proposed amendment. If you cannot attend but wish to comment, you may write to the following address prior to March 3, 2026: City of Ranson, 312 S. Mildred Street Ranson, WV 25438 or email to [email protected]. Written comments received prior to March 3,2026, will be provided to the Ranson City Council and inserted into the official record.
