REQUEST FOR BIDS The City of Richwood is seeking sealed bids on the demolition of the two structures purchased through the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program, funded by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the WV Division of Homeland Security & Emergency Management. Bids should include costs for demolition, removal of all debris resulting from said demolition, as well as landscaping following the demolition. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Monday, March 16, 2026 at 1:00p.m at Richwood City Hall located at 6 White Avenue, Richwood, WV 26261. All interested contractors, or their representatives, must be present to be eligible to bid. Virtual or phone attendance will be an option for the pre-bid meeting.
