Invitation to Bid ITB: #2026-02-05 Huntington City Hall Cooling Tower Replacement The City of Huntington West Virginia is soliciting bids from licensed contractors for the removal and replacement of the cooling tower at City Hall located at 800 5th Avenue Huntington West Virginia. A mandatory site visit will be conducted on Tuesday March 17th, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time at City Hall and will be held in city council chambers. All questions shall be submitted through Bidexpress.com by 2:00 pm local time on Friday March 20th, 2026. City of Huntington will accept bids to provide the cooling tower replacement until 10:00 am on Wednesday March 25th, 2026, and should be submitted through BidExpress.com. At that time, bids will be opened at City Hall, 800 5th Avenue, room 135, City Clerk's Office, Huntington, WV.
