LEGAL NOTICE CITY OF CHARLESTON PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held at the regular meeting of the Charleston City Council, on Monday, March 2, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chamber, 3rd Floor, City Hall, Charleston, West Virginia, on a proposed Lease Amendment regarding the Baseball Stadium located at 601 Morris Street, between the City of Charleston and Charleston Professional Baseball Company LLC for the purpose of operating a professional baseball team and hosting events. Interested parties may appear at the Public Hearing and be heard with respect to the proposed amendment to the Lease Agreement.
