AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE Notice of Application Notice is given that Coal-Mac, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a General Permit Registration for a rock crushing and screening system for a surface mine facility located on Twin Branch near Lenore in Mingo County, West Virginia. The location coordinates for the facility are: latitude 37.814167 and longitude -82.158889. The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants from operations will be: Controlled particulate matter emissions of 754 tons per year (TPY), of which 729 TPY are fugitive; controlled particulate matter less than 10 micron emissions of 227 TPY, of which 215 TPY are fugitive. Startup of operation is planned to begin upon permit approval. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
