TOWN OF CEDAR GROVE, WEST VIRGINIA NOTICE OF FINAL READING AND PUBLIC HEARING OF DESIGN FUNDING ASSISTANCE ORDINANCE Notice is hereby given to any person interested that on February 24, 2026, the Town Council of the Town of Cedar Grove, West Virginia (the "Town") adopted an ordinance which, among other things, authorized the design of certain improvements and extensions to the Town's existing public wastewater facilities (the "Design Project") to serve residents of the Town of Cedar Grove, and the financing of a portion of the costs of such Design Project through the issuance of Design Funding Assistance, Series 2026 (West Virginia CWSRF Program), in an amount not to exceed $500,000. The funds advanced under the Design Funding Assistance Agreement are forgivable on the 30th day of June in the year advanced. The Town contemplates the issuance of the Design Funding Assistance described in, and under the conditions set forth in the Ordinance. Any person interested may appear before the Council of the Town of Cedar Grove at a regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. on March 24, 2026, in the Council Chambers, Town Hall, Cedar Grove, West Virginia, and present protests and be heard as to whether the above-described Ordinance shall be put into effect.
