CITY OF CHARLESTON PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held at the regular meeting of the Charleston City Council, on Monday, March 16, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chamber, 3rd Floor, City Hall, Charleston, West Virginia, on a proposed lease of property at located at 600 Washington Street, East; being more particularly, the commercial space located on the ground floor of Parking Building No. 2. The lease is with The Greater Charleston Theater Company and Entertainment Group, LLC to allow for the operation of a movie theater. Interested parties may appear at the Public Hearing and be heard with respect to the proposed lease agreements.
