Please take notice that on the 17th day of December, 2015, at 9:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers, Room 103, City-County Building, Wheeling, WV, the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to consider the application of Rita Beck, for a Variance from (1) Section 9.01.C: To allow parking in the front setback, and (2) Section 9.01.D: To delay paving the lot until a later date. Purpose of Request: To provide parking for apartment.
The property is described as follows:
Lot 77 in what was known as the Old Town of Wheeling, fronting on the west side of Market Street between 8th and 9th Streets. Recorded in Deed Book 57, Page 370.
More commonly known as 823 Market Street.
