The object of the above-entitled action is to obtain a Judgment against Defendant David Gomez.
The Plaintiff, pursuant to Rule 4 of the West Virginia Rules of Civil Procedure for Trial Courts of Record, has filed a Verified Complaint against the Defendant, David Gomez it appearing by an Affidavit filed in this action it has used due diligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of the Defendant, David Gomez, and the whereabouts of the Defendant, David Gomez, remain unknown to the Plaintiff.
It is, therefore, ORDERED and ADJUDGED, pursuant to Order of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, that the Defendant, David Gomez, be served notice of the proceedings by Order of Publication, and that the Defendant, David Gomez, appear and serve any written response or answer to the Complaint upon Plaintiff's counsel, Charles R. Bailey, 500 Virginia Street East, Suite 600, Charleston, West Virginia 25301 on or before thirty (30) days from the first date of publication hereof, otherwise the relief sought by Plaintiff may be granted by the Court at any time thereafter. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at the Clerk's office.
