It is ORDERED that this matter be set for a hearing on the 15th day of April, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. and that publication be made in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 48, Article 25, Section 101 of the West Virginia Code, as amended, specifying the time, date and place of hearing and giving an opportunity for all interested parties to object.
