Said Petition for Condemnation/Right of Entry under the West Virginia laws of eminent domain seeks property for the construction of electrical transmission, distribution, and communication lines and appurtenant equipment and fixtures, and condemnation and right of entry on behalf of Appalachian Power Company situate in the City of Nitro, Nitro Town District, Kanawha and Putnam Counties, West Virginia, identified as Tax Map 7, Parcel 3, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Putnam County, West Virginia, in Deed Book No. 481, at page 72, and being more specifically bounded and described as follows: 4.947 AC NR NITRO Situated in the City of Nitro, Kanawha and Putnam Counties, West Virginia, more particularly described as follows: TRACT 1 BEGINNING at an iron pin in the eastern line of the Dana Container Inc. 4.92 acre tract said iron pin is also the southwest corner of the last mentioned parcel (the quitclaimed parcel) in the Deed to Fike Chemicals, Inc. by Security Chemicals.
