PART 7 BUSINESS REGULATION AND TAXATION CODE, CHAPTER 3 TAXES AND SERVICE CHARGES, ARTICLE 741 MUNICIPAL LICENSE TAX
The City of Charles Town will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 6, 2026, at 7:00 pm, prevailing time, to consider an amendment to the Codified Ordinance with Regard to Part 7 Business Regulation and Taxation Code, Chapter 3 Taxes and Service Charges, Article 741 Municipal License Tax. The proposed ordinance, which was introduced to City Council by first reading on March 2, 2026, may be inspected by the public at the Office of the City Clerk by visiting City Hall at 101 E. Washington Street, Charles Town, WV or by emailing the Deputy City Clerk at [email protected] and requesting an electronic copy.
Any person interested in this matter may appear before the Charles Town City Council at the City Hall, 101 E. Washington Street, Charles Town, West Virginia, and present any comment or protest thereto.
