Auditor, Treasurer, Kelly Stroud Clifton, Defendant ORDER OF PUBLICATION Plaintiff seeks to sell that certain piece and parcel of land situate in Cabell County, which more fully and particularly described as follows: All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, situated in Cabell County, West Virginia, adjoining the City of Huntington, known and designated on a map of GARDEN FARMS, FIRST PLAT,a copy of which map was filed in the Cabell County Court Clerk's Office on 18 July 1958 in Map Book 6 as Map 63, as LOT NO. 80, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the northerly line of Mohawk Trail at the corner between Lots 79 and 80, as shown on said map; thence with the said line of Mohawk Trail, southeasterly 85 feet to the corner between Lots 80 and 81; thence with the line between said lots, northeasterly 371.82 feet; thence northwesterly 49.66 feet to the northerly corner between said Lots 79 and 80; thence with the line between said lots, southwesterly 396.76 feet to the point of BEGINNING; reserving therefrom the southerly or front 5 feet as a utility easement and reserving also a 1O foot wide easement for sewer purposes over the southwesterly corner of the described property and across the described property approximately parallel to and 100 feet north of the said line of Mohawk Trail, as shown on said map. Plaintiff intends to sell the above-mentioned parcel to Tammy Pinson, individually, and for the proceeds to pay the debts of the Estate of Kelly Stroud Clifton, deceased, including attorney fees and administrator fees. It appearing by an affidavit of record in this civil action that the Plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the whereabouts of the Defendants, the Unknown Heirs of the Estate of Kelly Stroud Clifton, their heirs, successors, or assigns, without effect, and that others are, or may be, persons, other than those names above as Defendants interested in the subject matter of this action, whose names are unknown to the Plaintiff and who are made Defendants by the general description of unknown defendants, that is, person/parties unknown; it is hereby ORDERED, that Defendants named hereinabove serve upon W. Spencer Conley, Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is 1002 Third Avenue, P. 0. Box 1835, Huntington, West Virginia 25719, an answer or other defense to the Complaint initiating this civil action on or before the 20th day of April, 2026, otherwise judgement by default will be taken against Defendant at any time thereafter.
