ACCEPTING BIDS The Boone County Ambulance Authority (BCAA) is currently accepting bids for the replacement of 4 sets of bleachers to be delivered to 760 Coal River Rd, Racine, WV 25165. All bids must be received no later than 4pm on 3/31/2026 and must meet the following requirements and specifications: – Material: Aluminum (Galvanized or rust resistant bolts or other accessories) – 4 sets of 4 row bleachers – Assembled, delivered and off-loaded on site – Concrete pads or foundations not part of this bid – Seat Length: 14 ft. 10 in. to 15 ft. 2 in. – Minimum Seat Plank Width: 11.75 in. – Minimum Tread Plank Width: 9.75 in. – Minimum Tread Depth: 23 in. – Rise: 5.5 in. to 7 in. The BCAA reserves the right to accept or reject any bid for any reason.
