It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Benjamin Curtis Sheffey is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia. It is hereby ordered that Benjamin Curtis Sheffey serve upon Kristine A. Burdette, Petitioner's attorney, whose address is, 229 Jefferson Street, West Virginia, 26554, any objection, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petitioner's Petition for Name Change in this action within 30 days. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgement, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition. Notice is hereby given to Benjamin Curtis Sheffey that the Petition for Name Change
may be granted.
