PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR NATURAL GAS HORIZONTAL WELL DRILLING PERMITS, pursuant to West Virginia Code Section 22-6A-10(e).
EQT Production Company LLC, 2200 Energy Drive, Canonsburg, PA 15317, is applying for permits for natural gas
horizontal wells at the following locations:

Denver 8H, located at approximately UTM NAD 83 Easting 537769.046 UTM NAD 83 Northing 4387418.031;

These wells are located in the Lower West Virginia Fork Fish Creek Watershed, Littleton Quadrangle, Center
District, Wetzel County, West Virginia which disturbs three acres or more of surface excluding pipelines, gathering
lines and roads or utilizes more than two hundred ten thousand gallons of water in any thirty-day period.

proposed permit application will cost $15.00, whether mailed or obtained at DEP headquarters.
