The City of Fairmont Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on 7 p.m. April 15, 2026, in the Council Chambers at the Public Safety Building (500 Quincy St), at which time interested persons may appear and be heard concerning the following:
PC 25-11 – The Landing at St Johns (Phase 1), a major subdivision. This Phase 1 of the subdivision is proposed to construct four neighborhood streets and thirty-three residential lots. Later phases toward the southern side of the site and toward the Tygart River will occur at a later time and will have their own public hearings.
