ACCEPTING REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL In accordance with West Virginia Code 59-3-2, The Chief Logan Recreation Center Inc. is accepting a competitive “request for proposal” (RFP) to refinish Engine number 2755. The proposal must include all metal preparation or replacement, sandblasting, priming, painting, and lettering. All prospective bidders must attend a mandatory “on-site pre-bid conference” on April 7, 2026 at 1:00 pm at the train located in Chief Logan State Park.Please submit separate bids and scope of work for each phase of construction.For more information contact Roger Bryant at 304-896-1234.
