MAIN STREET, SUITE 2000, LEXINGTON, KY 40507 has submitted an application with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), 1101 George Kostas Drive, Logan, WV 25601 for a Phase 2 release on Permit Number S300800 Increment Number 3 issued for 168 acres, a Phase 1 and 2 release on Permit Number S300800 Increment Number 6 issued for 5.6 acres, a Phase 2 release on Permit Number S300800 Increment Number 7 issued for 32.68 acres, and a Phase 2 release on Permit Number S300800 Increment Number 8 issued for 10 acres.
