Public Hearing and Invitation for Public Comments on the 2016 Grant Application under the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program
The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources Ryan White Part B Program, is applying for a grant from the United States Department of Health and Human Services. In accordance with Section 2611-23 (42 U.S.C. 30off-21 31b) the Department is conducting a public hearing to solicit comments on the Ryan White Part B application.
The public hearing is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 9, 2015 in the Wheeling-Ohio County Public Library, 52 Sixteenth Street, Wheeling, WV 26003. The hearing will be held in the: Tax Room.
In addition, the Department will accept written comments concerning the application until 5 p.m., December 18, 2015. Written comments or requests to obtain copies of the Department’s grant application may be mailed to the Division of STD, HIV and Hepatitis, Attention: Susan Hall, 350 Capitol Street, Room 125, Charleston, WV 25301 or by phone (304) 558-2195.
Persons with a disability who wish an alternate copy of the Department’s grant application, to comment in an alternate format such as audiotape, Braille, etc. or an auxiliary aid service or other accommodation to attend the hearing may notify Susan Hall at the above address.
