Invitation For Bids The Clarksburg-Harrison Regional Housing Authority, 433 Baltimore Ave., Clarksburg, WV will be accepting sealed bids for: Installation of carpet and tile in our Koupal Towers and Mason House units and offices at our Main Office as needed. Bid packets containing specifications, procedures and schedule may be picked up at the Housing Authority’s Main Office located at 433 Baltimore Ave. Clarksburg, WV, between the hours of 7:30 am to 4:45 pm Monday thru Thursday Sealed Bids will be received until 1:00 pm, Thursday April 16th,2026 at which time qualified bids will be opened. The Clarksburg-Harrison Regional Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids, either in whole or in part, and to waive any informalities in the bidding process, and in general to make awards in the manner deemed to be in the best interest of the Housing Authority. No bid shall be withdrawn subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Clarksburg-Harrison Regional Housing Authority.
