REQUEST FOR BIDS The Lincoln County Commission is seeking sealed bids for the demolition of private dwellings and commercial structures in Lincoln County. Said structures are being processed by the Lincoln County Commission through the Lincoln County DEP Reclamation of Abandoned and Dilapidated Property Program funded by the Department of Environmental Protection. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, the 14th day of April 2026, at 10:00 o’clock a.m. (EST) in the offices of the Lincoln County 911 Center, 911 Marconi Drive, West Hamlin, WV 25571. Bids will be accepted at the Lincoln County 911 Center until 1:00 o’clock p.m. (EST) on Wednesday, the 22nd day of April 2026, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. If a bid is awarded, work will begin immediately and continue until the current Reclamation of Abandoned and Dilapidated Property Program is complete. The Lincoln County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Information for Bidders and other related documents can be requested at the Lincoln County 911 Center and also will be available at the mandatory pre-bid conference.
