ORDER OF PUBLICATION
On a prior day, to wit: March 20, 2026, this Court entered an Order granting unto Plaintiffs, Justin A. and Stephanie D. Moody, authority to obtain service of process upon the Defendant, Glen Ullman, a resident of the State of West Virginia who has conducted business in the State of West Virginia, by publication pursuant to West Virginia Code § 56-3-33 and West Virginia Rules of Civil Procedure 4 (e) (1).
The object of the above-named suit is to obtain money judgment against Defendant, Glen Ullman.
To Glen Ullman: It appearing by Affidavit filed in this action that Glen Ullman cannot be located through diligent efforts and/or is evading service of civil process, and is a resident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ORDERED that Glen Ullman serve upon Gorman, Sheatsley & Company, L.C., P.O. Box 5518, Beckley, West Virginia 25801, an answer to this civil action including any related Counterclaim or defense you may have to the Complaint filed in this action within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Order. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and/or trial may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
A copy of the Complaint may be obtained from Counsel for the Plaintiffs or the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia at 222 Main Street, Beckley, WV 25801.
