NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 14th day of April, 2026, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of BOTR Properties, LLC for the purpose of a setback variance on property located at 115 Hank Wood Drive, Beckley, WV, Town District, Tax Map 1006, Parcels 108-110, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above.
