ACCEPTING SEALED BIDS CITY OF CHARLESTON, WV will accept sealed bids for: THE REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF COMPOSITE DECKING AND NAILER BOARDS ON THE FLOATING DOCK SYSTEM AT HADDAD RIVER FRONT PARK. The City of Charleston, WV (the City) is soliciting bids for the removal and replacement of the composite floating deck system at Haddad River Front Park. This project will be fully described in specifications, bid plans and instructions.
